SON VITAMINA: NELSON'S RESTAURANT

We went to Son Vitamina with de aim of visited Nelson’s Restaurant and interview the restaurant owner.

Firstly we found the restaurant was closed, because during the winter only open at 12 noon until 7 pm but we knocked on the door up to we found the phone number and called and Ian answer the phone and he opens the restaurant for us.

We are introduced and started the interview:

Hello! We are English students and we have to do an interview a one English person who must be a restaurant owner. Can we interview you? Yes, of course

Which kind of food do you cook?

English food

Who is the chef?

Ian Harwood (restaurant owner)

Which is the most ordered meal?

Steak Pie, is a traditional meat pie served in Britain. It is made from stewing steak and beef gravy, enclosed in a pastry shell

Which is your high season?

May until September

Why did you come to Menorca and opened this restaurant? Why did you choose Son Vitamina?

I didn’t  buy the restaurant, I rented it. I chose Menorca and Son Vitamina because I think that is a British location and the place is very beautiful.

What kind of costumers has your restaurant?

During the low season, there are more residents, in particular English residents and during the high season there are more tourists.

How many employees do you have?

During the high season I have 4 employees

We can take some photos, the restaurant is incredible, it is similar to a boat.
